Locally Grown Flowers, Deeply Rooted Connections

Hey Flower Friends!

Are you struggling to find connection in a digital world? Do you need a break from the business of life?
Or are you simply a flower lover like me?
I’m Larissa Heeter. I am growing specialty cut flowers on my 20-acre farm in Beavertown, Pennsylvania, along with my husband Tyler and daughter Lyanna. My love for flowers is deeply rooted in a childhood spent running the hayfields and woods of my family home. I’ve spent my whole life in the same county, and I’m using my cut flowers as a way to build connections in my small-town community.
So whether you are a flower lover like me, are just searching for the kind of connections you can’t find on social media, or are just looking to add a little beauty to your life, you are in the right place!

How it All Started…

After the birth of my baby girl in spring of 2024, I felt a deep disconnect from the life I had been living before her. The cushy office job I had worked so hard for suddenly became the obstacle that was in the way of my true calling; being her Mommy.
Two weeks later, I came across a YouTube video that changed everything. With the help of my husband, Tyler, and with that same baby girl on my hip, I’m building my farm from the ground up and sending more and more flowers out into my community.

The Farm

Home is a 20 acre farm tucked into the shadow of the Jacks Mountain in Beavertown. This land, previously owned by Tyler’s grandmother, has been Tyler’s dream since childhood; I knew early in our relationship that this is where we would raise our family and build our legacy. And by the grace of God, we are doing just that.
The flowers are just one small part of our paradise. As avid hunters and conservationists, we have dedicated the majority of our land to the restoration of native habitats critical to the health of our pollinators and wildlife.
